DGrin Icon on desktop link

I'm on a PC, Windows XP Pro SP1.
I have saved a link to Dgrin on my desk top for easy access, but the icon disappeared. The logo shows up in the link window on firefox, but not on IE. What's up?

    Dunno why you wouldn't just save it as a favorite, or bookmark ne_nau.gif

    but...here's what happened. IE is not as smart as Firefox when it comes to Favicons:

    You're exactly right Andy as to the differneces to what comes up on IE and FF.
    The icons came up at first and are now gone.
    I like to have the link on the lower linkbar for quick acces to sites and programs I frequently use. So it is in the bookmarks, but I want it in both and w/ the icon.....
