Pop Up Text Box on Menu

Is it possible to pop up an informational text box when the user hovers over a menu item. It would kind of be like a "tool tip" sort of box where I can describe the menu item

To display a "tool tip" on text needs a title attribute. Unfortunately SmugMug doesn't add that. You could use a HTML/CSS block instead of a menu block and a title attribute (similar to an alt tag for images) and use CSS to style the HTML/CSS to function as a menu block.
