video settings for smugmug

dear all,
I am using a software that creates some images slideshows. I can export my slideshows as video files.The software gives me many many options for exporitng video.

Can someone give me details on what are the video settings that I should use for smugmug so my videos look crystal clear and at very good resolution?

thanks. How I can now afterwards that smugmug "perceived" the video settings right? During playback I do not see any settings button any more. (Being able to see any high definition button there would make me feel better to be honest)
