What the heck happened on my Home Page and Gallery Pages?
Someone very recently added Gray borders on these pictures and in effect made each picture Smaller---Not wanted or needed!!!
Example:

Scroll down to the last File picture and you'll see what it once looked like---a Full picture.
Now go to an individual gallery page and you see the same Crap---

The galleries shown on your home page have the Info Style set to Under, and the galleries shown on the Backpack page have the Info Style set to Bottom Bar. You can easily change this on your Backpack page by:

Wow,. thanks guys. When I logged out of my Home Page the Gray borders disappeared! Very strange. The public sees it normally, I see it when logged in with gray borders. No big deal now though it's still weird.
@TipiWalter - Thought I recognized you from 'http://bpbasecamp.freeforums.net/'. Haven't been able to backpack in years, but I still frequent the forum.

Yes, Hikin' Mike---thanks for the post.
Okay---it's all back to normal---even when I'm logged in. Must've been a temporary glitch.
