I have a broken link on the mobile site. It works on laptops and pcs but not on any mobile devices.
Sports/Baseball/Seacliffbaseball
How can I repair this?
Thank you
Lisa

I'm not seeing a broken link. It looks like you have two galleries in your baseball folder, but I'm not seeing them displayed here: https://www.lisaanselmophotography.com/Baseball. I can see your basketball, soccer etc though.
Make sure your 'baseball' folder set for public viewing.

I don't see it at all, so you must be logged in on your laptop and not your phone.

This link on laptop or phone shows no galleries:
https://www.lisaanselmophotography.com/Baseball
But something odd is going on here because when I use the drop-down on my computer to get to https://www.lisaanselmophotography.com/Baseball/SeaCliffBaseball, I can see galleries. That implies that SeaCliffBaseball is public because if it was unlisted there would be some extra characters at the end of the URL.
I wonder if you need to have someone at the helpdesk take a look.

I'm seeing the same, just didn't communicate it well.
I agree, you might need to contact the help desk.

Go to your Baseball folder page. Go to customize > "design and content" and see if "just this folder" is highlighted on right flyout.
If it is you probably do not have a gallery box/widget on the page.
But unless you intentionally did set it to "just this folder" uncheck it.
This will take the folder page back to "all folders" which should have a gallery box.
Just guessin'

Lap,
The reason you are not seeing the sublink on the mobile device's navigation menu is due to the fact that the mobile navigation menu can only open up to 2 links deep after that it can not show any links below that due to how it is designed and works. This is also why "glenwood glenhead baseball" will not show. It is not broken. It just will not be able to show on mobile devices that deep of a menu.

Thanks for the clarification on drop-down menus on mobile! But why don't the galleries in Baseball show on a computer or on a mobile device if this URL is used?

The main folder page for Baseball was missing the actual Baseball folder content block so it did not show. I added that for the site owner and now it shows.

So then, it was set to "Just This Folder" and content wasn't added? This I assume was a mistake, either the content or setting.
Did you set it back to "All Folders"? Or did the owner have a reason to keep it different from all other folders?

The folder was set to "all folders" but the folder content block was not added. Adding it fixed the issue. That folder page was set to "all folders" before I made the change. I did not set it to "just this folder" since they did not have it set that way. I kept everything as is beyond adding the folder content block to that page.

If you found the folder page was set to "all folders" before you made the change, then every other folder page was empty also.
Very confusing.

It appears that the other ones were not showing the folders either.
Lisa can you let us know if you are still having trouble or is the site showing for the links correctly for you now on your computer and mobile beyond the navigation dropdown limitations?
