Backup site customization

I'm moving from my current custom site. But I want to make sure I can go back if needed. Is there a why I can completely back up all the customization? With the old system I could have copied everything from the customize page and know I could get it back. But I can't see an easy way to do it with the new system.
Thanks

I keep a copy of all of my custom CSS on my computer.
All you need to do is copy your current custom CSS to your computer.

In the old system you could go to one location and get all the CSS, JScript, etc and copy it. Now? Where can you find all the different parts for the pages, galleries, etc.

The other thing you need to save are all the various menu settings and a list of the widgets you have inserted on the templates and custom pages. For that, I use this third-party tool: https://www.sherlockphotography.org/Customisations/SmugMug-for-Chrome/Backup. It also saves all CSS snippets you may have inserted in various places. The author, Nick Sherlock, was very active on Dgrin a few years back but has been around much less recently. The tool doesn't generate a site backup per se, but it does save enough information that you can reconstruct the site (or part of it) if need be.
This looks familiar thanks. Pretty sure I've used it before and just forgot about it.
