Web site revamp

Back in the day there were people that would customize smugmug sites for you. I've tried doing it myself, I have found I don't enjoy it enough to have the patience to do it. I haven't lurked here in some time, so any help is appreciated. Thanks

Unfortunately I'm not a mind-reader...lol! What specifically do you want to do/change?

To be honest, just a more professional look and easy to navigate. I need a sports side and a portraiture side. I do both team sports and high school seniors. I want the site to represent both well. I was hoping to talk to a designer about my wishes, not really knowing specifically what my wants/needs are. Thanks

The big things are just to make it your branding VS smugmug, I'd also take out all the social media stuff on the mainpage. It has some weird placement/spacing but beyond that you're not really looking for FB likes for the mainpage. I'd also change the menu up top with probably those 2 different types of photography, maybe an about page, and then a contact link (which is easy to do with smugmug).

Also right now looking through your site you have all your galleries for people to look through but no portfolios if they just want to get a quick feel for your work.

Otherwise it's all just things like spacing and other design choices like the "breadcrumbs" on the browse page when you already have the home link above.

I just discovered the SmugMug Perks (member discounts) page the other day, and there are at least two SmugMug customization services listed on there.

Note that the page does not display the actual discount percentage offers or discount links unless you are logged into your SmugMug account.
