please move all menus in the organizer main screen to know filename, file size, increasing thubnail size, duplicate/move between galeries, put square focus on top of image for square thumbnails
in galeries with portrait photos (faces are cut !),...

You can choose between square thumbnails and aspect ratio thumbnails in organizer now. You can also choose to show the file name under the thumbnail. I realize this doesn't answer your full request but it might help you now.
