I WANT TO MAKE MY MENU SUBLINK LAYERS TO BE DISPLAYED IN MOBILE TOO. SMUGMUG SHOWS ONLY ONE LEVEL OF LAYER IN MENU FOR MOBILE BROWSERS. PLEASE TELL ME THE CSS CODE TO MAKE IT ENABLE.

Mike is correct. You can only show to one level deep beyond the top level in the navigation menu on mobile. Any levels past that will not show. That is how the menus are designed on mobile devices using SmugMug.
