You can only enter the Hall of Wisdom if you have a nomination from the academy. It's not intended for your everyday posts, so I moved this one to Other Cool Shots, cause I think this one's pretty cool.
I watch that thing all the time. It was circling my building a lot last week. Well, probably not actually circling MY building, but circling something nearby. Like maybe Hollywood, but I never have my camera when I see it. What's it for, anyway?
Don't you just wish that all zeppelins were this colorful?
Canon 20D 70-200 is

I do live in Hollywood and seeing this blimp once in a while is like a little relief from the noisy police helicopters hovering overhead.
The name Ameriquest is written across the cabin. I think it's the name of a mortgage company.

Zeppelin 1 |?zep(?)l?n| Zeppelin, Ferdinand (Adolf August Heinrich), Count von(1838–1917), German aviation pioneer. An army officer until his retirement in 1890, he devoted the rest of his life to the development of the dirigible airship named after him.
Funky blimp
Yeah, that eye-sore of a blimp flies aroud where I live (Fontana CA) sometimes. It's funny to see the piloting as blimps (in general) try to fly (more like "porpoise") north against the frequent Santa Ana winds we get here in the "Wind Tunnel".
