Hey, riddim_maker,

You can only enter the Hall of Wisdom if you have a nomination from the academy. It's not intended for your everyday posts, so I moved this one to Other Cool Shots, cause I think this one's pretty cool.

I watch that thing all the time. It was circling my building a lot last week. Well, probably not actually circling MY building, but circling something nearby. Like maybe Hollywood, but I never have my camera when I see it. What's it for, anyway?

Thanks for coming to my rescue once again David. 'was on the Hall of Wisdom page when I started this thread.
I do live in Hollywood and seeing this blimp once in a while is like a little relief from the noisy police helicopters hovering overhead.
The name Ameriquest is written across the cabin. I think it's the name of a mortgage company.

Yeah, that eye-sore of a blimp flies aroud where I live (Fontana CA) sometimes. It's funny to see the piloting as blimps (in general) try to fly (more like "porpoise") north against the frequent Santa Ana winds we get here in the "Wind Tunnel".
