Client Gallery Downloads - "Invalid Email" message

For years I have set up my galleries in Lightroom, exported using a quick setting that allows my clients to download buttons and to be able to download the entire gallery.
Since September 2018, last month, my clients are now being asked for an email and are told 100% of the time that they have an "Invalid email" as in the photo below.
What's changed? How can I turn this off? Please help.

Sorry for the troubles - there's currently a bug that's causing Download Gallery requests to fail. We've updated our status page here:

The workaround (for now) is to request the Gallery Download while logged-in as the site owner, in the Organizer. (Select all of the photos in a gallery and click on the download icon. You will then receive an email with the link.) Once you retrieve the URLs, you can then provide these to your client, so they can download the Gallery.
We hope to have the issue fixed ASAP.
