Disable automatic read more for gallery for text

Hello when you view the gallery on a mobile phone, the information text appears over the image. When this text becomes a certain length it is automatically truncated and has a read more added. I understand the purpose of this but wish to disable this. You can see it in action here but you must visit on your phone or use a phone bot id

    I am very sorry but there is not a way to edit and change the way the information text shows when viewing the images on the mobile device.
