Where is Final Cut Pro X?

I have to re-install Final Cut Pro X because of an Apple software refund. There was an activation issue with my 2018 suped up MAc Mini.

Now that I need to re-install Final Cut Pro-X, all I see in the APP STORE is FINAL CUT PRO.

Is this the same as Final Cut Pro X?
