How to change the 'Menu' in mobile view

Hi,
When brows my Smugmug page on mobile, it will show the menu with word "Menu", is there any way to change to other word?

BTW: How can I insert picture in the post?

Here on dgrin? I think you need to have certain amount of posts to be able to add photos.
