Visitor Social Network Sharing Buttons are missing

I think sharing options for social media outlets are working OK on the individual photo level, but I don't see all of them at the homepage level, where I've added a sharing bar at the top of the page, or on the galleries pages. I can see the Google+ button, but nothing for FB or Twitter. I guess I don't need them for each gallery, but I would like to see them working on the home page, as I use the home page as a makeshift blog. What am I doing wrong?

Did you try out the "share buttons" content block from the social section yet? With that, you may turn on the FB like and the Twitter tweet button. If you can't seem to make it work, please post a link to your site / the page you added the content block so we could take a look.

Wow, I've had those sharing buttons on my site for 6 years and only realized just now that the Facebook button is just a "like" button, and not a "share" one.
What actually happens though when somewhen presses the "like" button? I went and clicked it on some of my sites pages, went over to Facebook and saw nothing appear in my feed. So I assume its ultimately a pointless button that serves as nothing more than a stat counter for likes?

I have the share buttons set up on the upper right of every page sitewide (https://www.jasoncdoss.com/). I can only see the Google+ button. Both the FB like and Twitter buttons behave like they're invisible... when I remove them, the G button moves to the left, but nothing happens when I hover over the spot where the FB/Tw buttons should be. Any help appreciated.
I see this:

So do I.... now. Last night, the FB and Twitter icons were not there.
Thanks, whoever fixed it! Much much appreciated!
And today, they are gone again.
Discovery: They are missing when viewed with Firefox, but they are present when viewed with Chrome.
I'm using Win10.
Somewhat related question: Is there a way to tell who's clicking the FB like button?
I still see them with Win 7 and Firefox.

All four there in Chrome.
