Slideshow Issue with Firefox

I have a slideshow of pictures on my homepage. When I use the transport controls to make the slideshow full screen it goes to the top of the page and doesn't enlarge.
Also the slideshows on all galleries do not work when I am logged in but do work when I'm logged out. This is with Firefox. Everything works fine with edge.

I saw the second issue last Wednesday and contacted the help desk. Ana reported back that they were aware of the problem with slideshows in Firefox when logged in. It's been reported to the engineers. She wrote they are working to fix it "as soon as possible", but gave no details.

I haven't seen any problems with the slideshow widget, but I use it only in one place on my site (not on my home page).

You can see the first problem by clicking on my home page and using the full page transport.
It acts up whether logged in or not. The picture goes to the top and doesn't expand.

This only happens when the slideshow setting is Auto and 3:1 which is the only usable setting.

I see it, and I can reproduce it on a test page on my site. No other aspect ratios with Auto sizing behave that way, but Fixed does the same thing. Have you run this past the help desk?

Yes, they say they are aware of it. Not sure if they know all the details.

Still nothing on this problem. It worked fine for years.
One point of interest. The auto feature on slideshow adjusts to fill window even with content above it, but it doesn't accommodate the footer below it. (It should) Making all but the 3:1 ratio useless.
