How to order social icon list via Advanced CSS in Profile section?

Anybody could give me a hint how to order the social icons with CSS code?

The only way to do that is to use a HTML/CSS block. You'll need to copy your current social icons and paste the HTML into a HTML block. Then you can re-arrange the icons to suit.
