Title tag does not reflect the title of the image in the lightbox

Is there any way to make the title tag reflect the title of the image in the lightbox?
I think this would be a good idea because Google would present a more differentiated headline to the benefit for the users.
Now all my images in a gallery has got the the same title tag and in Google's search result the same headline.
