Professional Website for PC And Cell phones

Hi,
I am designing with smugmug my new professional website
First comment: There are too few options so I hope people will improve it.

Second I want to make my website in the following form

Text and below three square images and then again text below
and three more images.

Is it possible to get some guidelines how to make this site somehow the same visible between cell phones and pcs to look the same?

If you want text, add a Text Block. If you want three images, drag three Photo blocks below the text block.

on the templates can you change the order of logo and menu? Bring for example logo in middle and then menu at the top?
