Lightbox buttons have overlapping text -- how to fix?

As the image shows, when a single image shows in the Lightbox, the buttons on the lower right corner have overlapping text on them. What is causing this, and how can I correct it? If there is some old CSS/HTML code from years ago still lurking, I do not know how to find them. I'll be needing some explicit instructions

Yes, you have some CSS you added. To remove it you need to click on 'Adding CSS to Your Site' in my signature. Once you see the CSS section, find a delete this:
