Nicename already in use--Not

I'm trying to make a new Gallery and when I enter the Gallery Name, SmugMug says nicename already in use--choose another one. When I search my site for that same "nicename", nothing comes up. What gives?

I suggest contacting SmugMug's Help Desk and not the forums.

I thought Digital Grin WAS the place for SmugMug help. It's where I've sought help in the past.

First off, SM doesn't monitor it regularly. Second, it sounds like somebody that can look at your site "behind the scenes". Members (like me) can't.

Many of us are SmugMug users and can sometimes offer solutions to general problems. But as Mike said, we cannot access SmugMug accounts, so that limits what we can do. This does sound like something that SmugMug's Help Desk could sort out quickly enough.
