Can I export (or import) my price lists from my site?

I need to make some changes to my price list. Is it possible to get a 'cleaner' look and download it as a CSV or excel file or the like? And even better would be to then upload my changed prices back to the site. It's borderline excruciating to only be able to do this with the current method.
