We don't get it all that often but it's photogenic. This is a shot of where three oxalis leaves joined.

Well we get a lot of frost here in Maine and it is photogenic, more so in December, it gets a bit old by February. We don't really have leaves to shoot but unheated garage windows are often good subjects. Interesting crystals, I'm used to seeing star shapes. Nicely done.

Great capture. I don't recall ever seeing anything like those ice crystals. Very interesting.

Luck happens when preparation meets opportunity!
Cool! We saw ice crystals like that last winter up in the mountains on the Blue Ridge Parkway, they were something to see!

Thanks to all of you for the comments. I don't know what accounts for the variation in crystals.

Very nice and interesting shot. The crystals are unique and the contrast of the ice and a desert plant is great.
