Lightroom Plugin - Smart Galleries

My C drive crashed yesterday. I've been using Lightroom with Smugmug since about 2012. I have hundreds of smart galleries I built in Lightroom using the smugmug plugin. After rebuilding my machine, I now have not so smart galleries that have synced with my plugin. The downside to this is if I have a new picture that matches the smart gallery settings, I have to delete the gallery from Smugmug and recreate the smart gallery and upload the entire gallery. Any suggestions?
