Little Birds & Captive Hawk

Little birds are from Caw Caw Nature Preserve, The Red Tailed Hawk is from the aquarium.

I don't know the story per se on this particular bird, but I do know that all the captive birds in the Charleston area are birds who have been rehabilitated and cannot be released into the the wild.

    I have been trying so hard to get a gold finch, then I remembered these. Am still trying, though.

    I am pleased with the hawk shot. It doesn't look fake, it is the hawk in his environment. He is used to "teaching" now.
