Help with my new SmugMug page

Hello all, I am new to this sight. I like the way my page is looking, www.shanehastingsphotography.com . They only thing that I dont like is how it looks on a mobile device. The word "contact" on my menu gets hidden by my background picture. Is there any way I can get some sort of background for the menu bar to make the options stand out? Something like a transparent background that will let my menu options stand out?

If you put your menu in the header section, you can then add a transparent background by editing your Theme > Advanced > Header Opacity.

i tried that. My menu goes off center then.

I just tried putting it in the header section again. I went into the center of the page which is great, but it went to the very top of the page which does not look good. The highest I would want it would be to be even "Shane Hastings Photography".

If you enable your menu for mobile that should take care of your issue.

I tried that also, it still does the same thing.

I just enabled my menu for mobile so you can see what it does. Now more of the menu options are hidden from my background photo. Is there anyway to get a background that comes up for the menu, kinda like www.lik.com has? Or a transparent background like www.pegcoleman.com?

Thought the mobile menu did that. Add this to your theme's custom CSS section. Edit the .5 for the opacity.

.sm-page-widget-nav .sm-page-widget-nav-mobile .sm-accordion {background: rgba( 0, 0, 0, .5 );}

Ok, so I got that put in. It comes up as a black box. Any way to make that a white box?
