This looks very much like A.cineraria but the white tufts of hairs on the sides of the abdomen don't seem to fit that species, or images any other. In most of the images the eyes are bulging and patterned.
These were numerous, in sunlight, on the flowering currant blooms.
All the images have been cropped, typically by about one third.
Olympus EM-1, (aperture priority), Olympus 4/3 x2 TC, Olympus 4/3 50mm f2 macro, first one at f9 then f11, hand-held.

Nice find and shots Harold. Not a miner bee but the cuckoo bee Melecta albifrons which lays it's eggs in the nests of the Hairy footed flower bee Anthophora plumipes.
