Hamburger Menu for Mobile

Hi--I'm having trouble with two issues:
1) I would like my menu to have the hamburger icon when viewing on a mobile site. It takes up a lot of space right now. I've tried to add in the CSS text but it doesn't seem to change anything. Any other recommendations?
2) I have two levels in my menu: Portfolio-->Europe-->different cities. The problem is that you can only click to Europe and nothing below that. Any ideas.
Thanks!

You need to enable "Collapse for Mobile" on your menu settings. Once you do that, you can have a hamburger menu: https://gallery.imagesinthebackcountry.com/Smugmug-customization/Adding-a-Hamburger-Menu

Thanks! Didn't see that before. Now I have a large white box, though. Any advice on how to minimize that?

I don't own a mobile, but I resize the browser to replicate a mobile. I'm not seeing a large white box. Can you post a screenshot?
