Retirement Home

I recently took some photos inside an abadoned retirement home.

Stairway to the dining room.

Another stairway to the manager's office if you have any complaints.

Of course the food is prepared with care.

How about a drink at the bar tonight?

You might need that.

Some great abandonment going on here. Looks like the retirement home has been fully retired itself.

The framing is very good. Well done. :+1:

Good series of a rather depressing sight/site. I agree with Richard - very good framing on all the shots.

I certainly hope they had entrances/exits that didn't require the 'retireee' to negotiate all those stairs!

@Cavalier : Thank you very much! Yes they had a few elevators. So there was no need to use the stairs. :D

Good fotos of institutional architecture at its worst. Glad I'm not retiring there. B)
