Change gallery to remove opaque covering when info style is "covering"

Hi guys, when I change my galleries' "info style" to "covering" it puts an opaque cover over the main photos' thumbnail which is not there for other styles ie bottom bar or under. It makes it appear very faded and doesn't make my photos pop like the other styles do. I emailed support who suggested I post here to find out some custom css that could correct this, so hoping you guys can help!

If you are talking about your home page, you can also edit the way you display the "Info Hover" (Display > Info Hover). Looks like you set it to "Off". If you want the info displayed normally, then set "Info Hover" to 'Hide". So when you hover the text disappears and the image is clear.
