We went to the Wings Over Wayne Air Show at Seymour Johnson AFB a couple of weeks ago. It was a beautiful day for an air show, and they had quite a lineup, including an F-35 demo, a variety of civilian aerobatic performers, a combined arms demo, and the USAF Thunderbirds closing out the show.

1 - KC-135 landing after the combined arms demo. A hundred years ago, I used to fly these beasts!

2 - F-15E departs for the combined arms demo:

3 - MiG-17 makes a high speed pass:

4 - F-35 taxies out while a C-17 puts on a demo.

5 - Part of the Tora! Tora! Tora! performance.

6 - The newest gas passer in the USAF inventory, the KC-46.

7 - Thunderbirds make a formation pass.

8 - Mirror Pass

9 - Thunderbird solo pilots make a cross over pass in front of the crowd.

10 - Thunderbirds Delta Loop

Fantastic work, as usual, John. That MIG-17 shot is particularly impressive. I hope you're doing well....stay safe.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thank you, Tom! I appreciate it. I'm doing well, just trying to stay caught up and failing miserably! ;)
