Getting Images if Close Account

If I close my account, is downloading the only option for getting all my image files? Do you offer any other methods (shipped thumb drive, etc.)? Thx.

    Downloading the galleries one by one is the only option that we provide. But, it's not horrible: once you have one download going, you can simply move on to the next gallery in Organize- you don't have to wait for the one to be done before starting the next.
