Change font size and color in gallery cover description

How do I change the font size and color in the gallery cover DESCRIPTION (displayed below the gallery cover title)? I found this answer, but it doesn't seem to work. NOTE: I put 28px in there to make it obvious if the change is made.

/* Set font and colour for gallery description */
.sm-gallery-description {
font-size: 28px;
color:white!important
}

NOTE: This works to change gallery cover TITLE size/color:

/* Set font and colour for gallery title */
.sm-gallery-cover-title {
font-size: 28px !important;
color:white!important}

Quite possible SM changed it or you missed the 'cover' part:

/* Set font and colour for gallery description */
.sm-gallery-cover-description {
  font-size: 28px;
  color: white !important
}
