    Great detail Troy. The first is really great and I have never seen the second bird before..

    Great shots!

    The second one is a European Starling.
    Noisy Noisy birds. The speckles are sometimes irredescent when the sun hits them just right.

    They're new to me too
    We don't have those around here. They're beautiful birds, aren't they? Troy - are you cataloging all the species you've been shooting?

    as a matter of fact thats how I spend my nights...
    ive seen a few new ones lately that i cant identify though... ;(
