Info window too large for small screens

When I view a Photo info pop-up window, and press the "show more" button, the window becomes too tall for my MacBook Pro's 13" screen. There is no way to read all the info, even if I move the window to the very top of my screen. Couldn't the pop-up window have a scroll funktion, instead of just getting taller?
