Meadow Grasshopper Chorthippus parallelus

In the same genus as the field grasshopper, the species has numerous colour forms. I found these on the dry, open area of Decoy Heath on 11 July.

Based on wing length, I believe these are males.

Olympus EM-1 (aperture priority), Olympus 4/3 x2 TC, Olympus 4/3 50mm f2 macro, f8, f10 or f11, hand-held.

The stereos are crosseye.
