Any way to turn on "Download All" button for all past galleries?

Question about a Smug Mug account that already has several hundred galleries. All the galleries for the past year or so have the "Download All" button enabled but prior to a year ago the files can only be downloaded individually. Is there a way to "bulk enable" the "Download All" button on all the past galleries or would we have to go into the settings for each and every gallery individually.

You can change settings for multiple galleries at once.
