Can you make it so your albums have a *New Photos* sign upon uploading new photos to them?

I have a lot of albums on my homepage (rorygroves.photography) but occasionally upload new photos to existing albums, it would be great if somehow when I upload photos to an album it flags it with a new photos sign or something similar to the album I've uploaded to. Whether this is an automatic or manual process. That way when people visit back onto my website they can see which areas I've updated. Is this possible?

I don't know how to code but I had a similar issue with highlighting new images. I created a new Smart Gallery that looks for the tag "latest", so anything I add into any of my galleries I add in the tag and they appear in that Latest gallery. Not ideal and is a manual process, but it works well enough for me! Just an idea.
