Email from SmugDomains powered by GoDaddy legit?

Hi

I've received an email from SmugDomains powered by GoDaddy and the email is from accountupdate@secureserver.net.

I thought this was strange so tried to reset my password from the Go Daddy website but keep getting this message, "Yikes! Something went wrong. Please, try again later."

I need to auto renew or apparently I'm going to get charged $80.00 USD.

Is this a trick? I don't understand why the GoDaddy domain is different from the secureserver one.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks.
