Not all images displaying on slideshow, or when scrolling through

Hi - I am using a Collage Landscape Gallery and when scrolling through the images on fullscreen or using a slide show, several images are missing - usually the same ones. It jumps to an image further on and misses out the ones in between, even though all the thumbnails are there. This does not always happen, it is intermittent.
Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

This sounds like something that's best handled on the https://help.smugmug.com/contact. Could you write a message there giving a link to a specific gallery and describe which photos are skipped?
Also include details on the specific browser and operating system you're using.
