I have searched high and low for any form of direct, real-time contact with a human being regarding a billing issue as I cannot access my account. There appears to be no phone number or live chat and I have not received a reply to my attempt to make contact via Facebook messenger.

I'm essentially locked out of my account as every time I try to update my billing information, I am taken back to the same screen saying that my billing information needs to be updated. On the billing side, it says it was cancelled by the merchant and that I need to contact the merchant for assistance. I'm not sure why I'm trying to send my money to a company that seems not to provide any customer service other than email. :s
