Lightbox view with Right Click Protection on/off

Toggling Right Click Protection on/off I get this view in lightbox view.

Disabling this in CSS corrects it. Any idea how this would affect it?

I see the same (proper) dimensioned photo regardless of what the RCM message is. Did you fix the issue?
