Photocasting support ...

The new iPhoto '06 is very nice, and one of the best things about it is Photocasting. Lots of hot debates going around on if Apple has implemented their own standard or what - but I for one don't care because you can subscribe to smugmug RSS feeds

To do so, copy the URL to an RSS feed and add on &Size=Large to the end of it, this will make iPhoto download the Large versions of the photo. For example, this is the string I would add if I wanted to see my daughter Errol smiling at me:

http://jt.smugmug.com/hack/feed.mg?Type=gallery&Data=1111227&format=rss200&Size=Large

Whats more, is that iPhoto treats Photocasts as real albums - so you can set any smugmug RSS feeds as a screensaver!
