Changing font size of Photo Title

I have searched and searched and searched, and everytime I find some line of code that looks like it will do the trick, it never works. Could someone show me how to alter the font size of my photo title and caption? I have included a link below to a picture with the example of how small the title and caption is. Thank you.

Perfect! It worked thanks! Just wondering, is there a way to alter the caption and title individually?

.sm-lightbox-v2-photo-title-and-caption h2  {font-size: 160% !important}

Keep in that order. First does both and 2nd only h2 part.
Any change to 1st does both so have to re-adjust 2nd.
