A Shout-Out for Adorama and their Customer Care Associates and Customer Service in general.
A few weeks ago I received a used "FLASHPOINT ZOOM LI-ON TTL FLASH FOR CANON". When I mounted it atop my camera I knew there was an issue because it 'wobbled' on the camera.
I contacted Adorama via e-mail that day and explained the problem. A Customer Care Associate from Adorama responded quickly with an RMA# and a UPS sticker to affix to the return package. I just received the flash back yesterday and it's working perfectly!
Call me "Happy" and delighted! This resolution is the reason I can recommend Adorama without question to both family and friends, including my DGrin family.
