Pixilation android download

My clients are downloading pixilated images to their android phone from smugmug link I sent them. They are clear however on my iphone and facebook. What can I do? Thank you!

    Hi there,
    This sounds like something we may need to look at in more detail including specific gallery links and details from your client. May I suggest that you contact us for this on the HelpDesk? In your message, could you include link to the gallery in question along with some details on your client's device and perhaps an example of a photo that they downloaded for us to look at?
    How are they connected? If they're on a cellular connection, perhaps they could give it another try while connected to WiFi?
