I have to send one of my 11X14 prints to a NANPA summit in Colorado to be shown in a gallery. It won 2nd youth mountains and 3rd youth overall so its important that it gets there for recognition. I am about to go pick up the matting I had done to 16X20 (to meet their requirements), but I have no idea what to do with the following things :
1. I have to ship it! What is the best way to ship a matted photo?
2. I have to have it there by the 30th of this month. What type of delivery should I use to make sure it gets there?
3. They ask for prepaid return shipping along with the photo(will be returned if the print sells). How do I do this?
I really appreciate any help I can get. :thumb
thanks

I don't think I would bother with the return shipping. But if you want to, make the shipping box bigger to hold the return box too.

Shay offered good advice.
If you're near a UPS Store http://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US&WT.svl=SubNav
or a Kinko's www.kinkos.com (now a FedEx partner) you most likely can walk the print in and they will pack and ship it for you, no worries, no hassles.
