Lost my Phanfare files

Dear team,

I am in depserate need of help please. I had created some of my wedding videos through Phanfare photo album features. It was really hard work and i just realized that the website has been taken over my Smug mug.

Can you please advise me on how to access my wedding photos and wedding video albums?

i had sent an email to phanfaresupport@carbonite.com but it bounced back.
