Lightroom Plugin error

I can't publish from within Lightroom.
Error:

I can not "SAVE" the plug-in.

    I have installed everything (Lightroom and the Plugin) from scratch and I have been able to safe the plugin and my name appears under the plugin. Now I see that I can't publish from within Lightroom.

    Hi, Sorry to hear about the trouble. We have a Lightroom speciality group here on the help desk so if you want some help troubleshooting the issue, the best option would be to write in directly to help@smugmug.com from the email address tied to your site. If you can include your screenshots of the publishing and plug in manager along with your email that will help as well. Thanks!

    The problem is solved. It was a firewall rule that was blocking the asses.
