I can't get "Replace Video Preview" to work

I've tried this with four videos: I make a graphic to the specified size, chose the file, then click replace,

The website reports "We got it! Please give us a few minutes to swap in the new photo for you. Feel free to return to what you were doing while we process this."

But, after waiting several hours, the preview has not been replaced. I've tried gifs and jpgs, rgb, and check the sizes.

What am I missing?

    Never mind...user error—rgb jpgs do work.

    Hi I am a new user, and I am also struggling with this . The previews are not being applied to my video, and I have tried several times over the last few days

    I can't remember what I was doing wrong, but make sure you satisfy ALL the conditions: "72dpi image in JPG format that matches the dimensions of your video."

    I think I was using CMYK graphics.
